Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative position is part of the Inside Sales Account team, which plays a crucial role in the success of Nestlé Professional Solutions by driving growth through managing customer accounts, executing sales initiatives, and partnering closely with sales teams to strengthen relationships and deliver seamless customer experience for a portfolio of foodservice operators.

What You Will Do

The Inside Sales Representative will contribute to the retention and growth of existing business and onboard new accounts through various activities such as selling products, executing brand initiatives and promotions, distributing marketing and merchandising materials, setting up and onboarding new accounts, troubleshooting equipment, managing order logistics, and qualifying and converting lead generation through our CRM.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales, restaurant, coffeehouse, or account management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires 3 days in the office and occasional travel.
