Role Overview
As a Sales Representative in our dynamic call center, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to commercial prospects via cold calls and educate them on our energy services. You’ll receive thorough training and ongoing coaching to ensure success.
What You Will Do
Make outbound calls to commercial prospects, deliver compelling sales pitches, and effectively close sales over the phone. Learn and apply sales materials, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.

Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- 3+ years of experience
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Previous sales or call center experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, retain product knowledge, and apply it effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mentality and the ability to work independently
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines
- Ability to understand complex business needs and tailor solutions accordingly
