Role Overview
You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, technical product & program managers. You will influence the strategy end-to-end across the technology stack, teams, functions and partners. You will collaborate with shared enterprise data and architecture teams. You will partner closely with Product peers and Business leaders to craft the digital future of sport.
What You Will Do
You will lead, build and help define positive relationships with product and business partners to influence product roadmaps while driving a step change in how we develop and deliver with AI native approaches. You will co-create the strategy and lead the build and deployment for apps and systems which power marketing insights and decisioning, the content planning and supply chain, external advertising ecosystem management and direct consumer engagement through our activity ecosystem and comms platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 18+ years of technology experience in digital innovation, marketing, e-commerce or related with a solid understanding of business needs
- 6+ years of technology leadership, including experience leading engineering teams
- Exceptional leadership, teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Experience building, leading and retaining teams of diverse talents as well as creating a culture of innovation, accountability and a commitment to achieving results
- Proven success and experience delivering clear executive level communications
- Strong understanding of scalable platforms and technologies
- Ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams
