Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming potential into partnership and partnership into exponential growth. You will be the architect of customer growth and success, guiding clients from their first interaction with Nivoda to becoming lifelong advocates of our platform.

Inspire and onboard new customers, champion customer success, drive strategic growth, and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.

Requirements
- Fluent in German & English
- Experience selling in the DACH region
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) for pipeline management and an analytical approach to decision-making
