Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for our enterprise customers post-rollout, ensuring they get maximum value from Nooxit’s AI workers and experience seamless day-to-day support.
What You Will Do
Own customer relationship, proactively driving product adoption and resolving issues and questions quickly and reliably. Track adoption metrics and engagement across enterprise accounts, identifying risks early and keeping customers on track toward their process automation goals.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will build strong relationships with customer-side project leads, finance teams, and IT stakeholders across our DACH customer base. You will serve as the voice of the customer internally, channelling recurring issues, feature requests, and adoption blockers directly into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Fluency in both English and German
- Some exposure to finance, procurement, or ERP-adjacent workflows
