Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive digital outreach strategies that enhance visibility, engagement, and employment outcomes for the Work for Warriors program. This role leads the development of multimedia content, manages digital platforms, and leverages data analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a statewide digital marketing and outreach strategy, create and manage multimedia content, maintain and update program websites, design marketing collateral, support outreach events, analyze digital performance metrics, and produce employment-focused digital tools.

Requirements
- US Citizen with the ability to pass a Federal background check
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multimedia production
