Role Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager serves as the strategic marketing lead for a designated portfolio of multifamily communities, responsible for driving qualified demand, supporting occupancy goals, and maximizing marketing performance.

Develop and execute marketing strategies, analyze performance data, manage marketing budgets, and lead property marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, multifamily housing, real estate, hospitality, or a related industry
- Strategic and results-oriented mindset
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies
- Experience managing marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and multi-channel marketing programs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
