Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of a key European region and drive growth within our Precision Manufacturing business, specialising in laser, optics, and advanced photonics solutions.
What You Will Do
Lead sales growth across the region, delivering strong double-digit YoY performance, identify and win new OEM customers in advanced manufacturing markets, build and grow relationships across engineering, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven success in technical B2B sales (5+ years)
- Experience selling into OEMs with long design cycles
- Strong background in laser, photonics, optics, additive manufacturing, or precision engineering
- Track record of winning new business and growing key accounts
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
- Experience working in a global, matrix organisation
