Role Overview

The Vice President of Field Sales & Inside Sales is responsible for leading the field sales and inside sales teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing performance, and providing leadership to direct reports.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will execute safety, business, growth, and customer experience objectives, own the company’s mergers and acquisitions program, and develop and document sales strategies. They will also own assigned revenue growth projects, drive team performance, and act as an escalation point for customer issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years in sales leadership or high value customer sales
  • Food service or industrial gas industry experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
