Join Nuitée’s product-led motion to build the GTM machine around existing demand from 3,500 companies. Work with Gian, VP Growth, to build the operating system behind this new growth motion.

What You Will Do

Build the tracking, workflows, dashboards, automations, and AI-assisted systems that help Growth and Sales act faster and make better decisions.

This role fits if you have 3-5 years of experience in GTM engineering, growth operations, RevOps, or a growth marketing role that became progressively more technical.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM engineering, growth operations, RevOps, or a growth marketing role that became progressively more technical
  • solid with SQL, comfortable with APIs and basic scripting, and know your way around tools like PostHog, HubSpot, Clay, Looker Studio, or BigQuery
  • use AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, or Replit to build things faster, not just to write emails
  • have built something on your own, even outside of work, even if it did not work out
  • do not need structure handed to you. You figure out what needs to exist and you go build it
  • come from B2B SaaS or an API-first company, where you understand how product usage translates into commercial outcomes
