The Senior Manager, Premium Brand Growth owns the growth of a premium, design-led brand acquired two years ago. The role involves building the pipeline, ensuring commercial and quality standards, and expanding the brand on a European scale.

Own the growth targets, define and track deal-level metrics, work with Finance and Growth Strategy Manager to define underwriting framework, and ensure the brand stays differentiated from the core offer.
