Role Overview

Join Trouw Nutrition as Marketing Director, North America, to shape marketing strategy and commercial impact. This high-impact leadership role has broad scope across strategy, portfolio, pricing, commercial excellence, and regulatory. You will lead through complexity, build capability, and translate market insight into business growth.

What You Will Do

As Marketing Director, you will define where to play and how to win across segments, channels, and portfolios, translating market insight into clear priorities that drive growth, margin, and competitive advantage. You will work in close partnership with Commercial, Technical, R&D, Operations, and Finance, and serve as a member of the North America Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5+ years at Director level or equivalent
• Experience in animal nutrition, agribusiness, or B2B specialty manufacturing preferred
• Strong strategic marketing expertise, including market segmentation, positioning, value proposition development, portfolio management, innovation, and go-to-market execution
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, ROI, and value-based pricing
• Experience leading multi-functional teams across marketing, communications, regulatory, pricing, and commercial excellence in a matrix and/or transformation environment
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring clarity to complex and ambiguous situations
