Role Overview
The Sr. Manager, Lifecycle & Engagement serves as a critical client growth partner for Nymbus Labs, owning the full post-acquisition member lifecycle and driving member lifetime value. This is a strategic, hands-on lifecycle position dedicated to onboarding, activation, engagement, cross-sell, and retention for Nymbus Labs clients.
What You Will Do
Own the post-acquisition member lifecycle strategy, design and manage onboarding programs, build and optimize cross-sell and upsell programs, develop retention and win-back programs, and execute email, push, and SMS marketing programs.

Requirements
- Deep command of martech/CRM data models
- Proven background in driving outcomes for complex, multi-client or multi-brand environments
- Proven track record designing and executing post-acquisition lifecycle programs
- Experience operating as a player-coach
- Strong command of member segmentation, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle-stage-based personalization
- Operational mindset with experience scaling teams
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and program management skills
