Role Overview
We are a global leader in high-end connecting solutions for the vehicle industry and for high-value applications in industrial segments. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting quotations, managing customer Scheduling Agreements, and maintaining customer master data in CRM & ERP.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing quotations, managing pricing files, reviewing and processing account adjustments, and coordinating credit approval with the Finance Department.

This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be familiar with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and have a college diploma / degree in Business Administration (preferred).
Requirements
- College Diploma / Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- 2-3 years of Sales administration, customer service or related experience
- Administrative and computer skills (MS Office and CRM/ERP software)
- Detail oriented and good communication skills (Interpersonal and Business Writing Skills)
- Good problem solving skills
- Product Knowledge and desire to learn
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
