Role Overview
As an Email Campaign Marketing Manager, you’ll be embedded within a client’s Growth Marketing & Platform Innovation team, managing the full lifecycle of email communications across established customer programmes. You’ll work with multiple stakeholders, collaborate with creative and production agencies, and use performance data to drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Develop, manage, and deliver customer email communications and programmes on time and to budget. Ensure all communications are strategically sound, commercially focused, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Apply rigorous quality assurance and manage stakeholders throughout the campaign delivery process.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role suits someone with a track record of delivering high-quality direct and digital marketing in a medium-to-large corporate environment. Financial services experience is an advantage, but not essential if you bring equivalent governance and stakeholder management experience from another regulated sector.
Requirements
- Solid experience developing and delivering customer email communications and direct marketing programmes in a medium-to-large corporate environment
- A track record of delivering to high accuracy standards in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical capability
- Experience designing and managing test-and-learn programmes
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Clear, precise written and verbal communication
- Experience managing campaign delivery to budget
- Advanced use of Gen AI tools to enhance email marketing output and efficiency
- Ability to evaluate and apply AI tools within a regulated environment
