Role Overview

Join our marketing team at OMR as a Senior CRM and E-Mail Marketing Manager. You will create and optimize newsletters and automated email campaigns, build and maintain our CRM structure in HubSpot, and measure the success of your measures based on relevant KPIs.

What You Will Do

Create and optimize newsletters and automated email campaigns, build and maintain our CRM structure in HubSpot, measure the success of your measures based on relevant KPIs, and report them in a comprehensible way.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in email marketing
• HubSpot power user
• Good sense of text and ability to write emails that are read
• Technically interested and able to take matters into your own hands
• Experience with databases, customer data platforms (CDPs), or other data-driven marketing setups
• High affinity for numbers and ability to work data-driven
• Structured, self-initiative, and able to think about things anew
• Clear and convincing communication skills in German and English
