Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative at Onclusive, you’ll be responsible for opening doors, building relationships, and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. You’ll engage senior PR & Communications leaders, understand their challenges, and spark interest in how the Onclusive portfolio can help them achieve their goals.
What You Will Do
Prospect and research target accounts, conduct outbound engagement, qualify leads, book and handoff meetings, collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, and maintain CRM discipline.

Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in managing revenue growth through Solution sales and experience in new business development
- Passion, self-motivation, tenacity, and financially driven
- Ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of the sales cycle and ability to create a pipeline of profitable business
- Good negotiation skills and ability to think on your feet
- High level of interpersonal, influencing, and team working skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
