Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll own the full marketing lifecycle, from strategy through to execution and optimisation, across multi-million-dollar budgets. You’ll be the key commercial and marketing lead for two university partners, working closely with our in-house performance, creative, content, and marketing operations teams to deliver campaigns that drive student acquisition and enrolment growth.

What You Will Do

Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategy for two university partners, drive student acquisition and enrolment outcomes through data-led campaigns, write clear, insight-driven briefs for internal performance and creative teams, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated digital campaigns, act as a brand guardian, and lead partner planning cycles.

Requirements

• 4-6 years’ experience across performance or integrated marketing environments
• Hands-on exposure to CPL/CPA-driven campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to optimisation
• Confident stakeholder management, including senior partners
• Natural collaborator across creative, media, and operations teams
• Combines strategic thinking with executional excellence
• Leads with clarity, emotional intelligence, and influence
