Role Overview

Onyx+East is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing initiatives across Indiana, Ohio, and Florida markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for real estate, homebuilding, branding, and customer experience.

What You Will Do

Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, maintain and update the company website, provide support to sales teams, and assist with advertising initiatives.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, homebuilding, or a related industry, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as Visme, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3–5+ years of marketing experience
• Experience managing email marketing platforms and website content management systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, reporting, and digital advertising concepts
