Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Director to accelerate the growth of our Performance Advertising business across the Americas. This role will be responsible for building and expanding direct advertiser and agency relationships, with a focus on performance-driven demand across verticals such as fintech, betting, lead generation, e-commerce, and app growth.
What You Will Do
Drive direct revenue growth by acquiring and developing relationships with advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing partners across the Americas. Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for performance advertising demand generation across key verticals.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing sales
- Proven track record of driving direct advertising revenue and securing budgets from advertisers and agencies
- Strong understanding of performance advertising models, programmatic buying, user acquisition, lead generation, attribution, measurement, and campaign optimization
- Existing network of relationships across advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing decision-makers in North America and/or LATAM
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new business opportunities from the ground up in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
