Role Overview

The Corporate Programs Marketing Manager will be a crucial member of the team, focused on driving and executing Optiv’s global events. This person is responsible for the strategic execution of a variety of large industry shows, internal kickoffs, national roadshows, virtual experiences, and partner-end user conferences.

What You Will Do

Manage all corporate marketing programs, plan and execute strong, data-driven marketing activities and programs to drive pipeline generation and global brand awareness, devise and execute events and similar programs that reflect the company’s culture, business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional, business marketing event management experience
  • Passion for corporate marketing and working with sales to generate pipeline and drive business
  • Demonstrable understanding of all phases of corporate marketing
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, creativity, and initiative
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience working with sales leadership and ability to influence others cross functionally
  • Strong work ethic operating with a sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, strong organizational, and project management skills, and a can-do attitude
  • Experience working in technology or cybersecurity preferred
  • Experience writing external facing marketing correspondence that supports marketing programs, lead generation activities, and marketing communication efforts
  • Experience working with product manufacturers and distribution channels
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, NetSuite, WorkFront, Airtable or similar integrated marketing tools is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Business, Communications, or English
