Role Overview
Join Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as a Growth Account Executive to drive net-new business, new logo acquisition, and cloud consumption growth across your assigned territory. You will be responsible for identifying, creating, and closing net-new business opportunities, building executive relationships, and leading complex sales cycles.
What You Will Do
As an OCI Growth Account Executive, you will drive net-new OCI business, develop and execute targeted territory and account plans, generate and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, and lead complex enterprise sales cycles.

Requirements
- Proven success in enterprise technology sales with a strong focus on new business development and customer acquisition
- Experience selling cloud, AI, infrastructure, data, or digital transformation solutions
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets through net-new logo acquisition and business development
- Strong prospecting, pipeline generation, and opportunity creation skills
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives and senior business leaders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to customer outcomes
- Experience selling into South African enterprise organisations across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, retail, mining, manufacturing, or public sector is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively across matrixed organisations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with channel partners and ecosystem stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Resilience, tenacity, and a highly proactive approach to identifying and winning new business opportunities
