Role Overview
The Tech Sales Manager will lead a team focused on engaging customers and prospects, driving retention and expansion across Oracle’s installed base while accelerating the adoption of Infrastructure and AI solutions.
What You Will Do
Lead a high-performing sales team, define and execute upsell, cross-sell, and cloud migration strategies, consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, and manage pipeline health.

- Proven experience leading technology and cloud sales teams
- Strong understanding of cloud consumption models, including IaaS and PaaS
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Experience managing installed-base accounts and customer portfolios
- Ability to lead consultative sales engagements and navigate complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive influence skills
- Advanced English proficiency
