Role Overview
Overall responsibility for the region’s sales, third-party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle’s opportunities across all products and product lines.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, lead and mentor a team of technology cloud sales professionals, drive disciplined pipeline management, and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires 5+ years of technology sales management experience, preferably focused on cloud infrastructure, platform, or enterprise technology solutions, and a deep understanding of Federal procurement processes and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technology sales management experience
- 3+ years of experience working with U.S. federal government clients
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams
- Proven ability to build and execute strategic sales plans
- Strong track record of driving team performance, talent development, and business growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required
