Role Overview
As a LATAM Channel Sales & Business Development Supervisor, you will drive business development and sales performance through distribution channels across Latin America and CLC Brazil Export operations. This role plays a key part in developing commercial strategies, strengthening distributor relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with regional business goals.
What You Will Do
Define and execute the commercial strategy for distributors, act as the main point of contact between distributors and internal teams, monitor distributor performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- English and Spanish (mandatory)

- Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management
- Experience working with Latin American markets and multicultural environments
- Previous international exposure and business knowledge across Latin America
