Role Overview
The role holder is responsible for supporting the new equipment operations, negotiating new contracts, and growing the market share for Otis. The role holder will conduct product checks, ensure quality and compliance, and carry out duties in accordance with business policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Driving SOS growth, increasing market coverage, establishing sales objectives, managing strategic relations, and providing sales support to clients. The role holder will also negotiate contracts, handle customer complaints, and update internal reports.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales, relevant certification, and at least 3 years of experience in sales operations. Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent
- Relevant certification such as Certified Sales Associate (CSA) or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with sales operations in a construction/engineering organization
- At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities
- Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred
