Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead Pager Health’s digital demand generation, marketing technology, and marketing automation strategy. This role owns the platforms, programs, and data that power lead generation, audience engagement, and marketing performance.
What You Will Do
Own digital demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other acquisition channels. Manage campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or marketing technology
- Deep expertise with HubSpot, Pardot, marketing automation, and CRM integrations
- Experience owning and optimizing paid digital marketing programs
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms
- Strong understanding of lead generation, lead management, nurture strategies, and funnel optimization
- Experience supporting account-based marketing programs
- Experience leveraging third-party marketing and prospecting data, including ZoomInfo or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and translating data into action
- Experience working in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or other B2B technology environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
