Role Overview

The Coordinator of Planning and Management is responsible for developing achievement reports, refining standards and operational flows, and replicating high-performance culture with the team. They must have experience with projects, analytics, and process mapping, and keep up-to-date with management routines and team building processes.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for someone with advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools, as well as general knowledge of finance and process management/project management. Experience with credit sales or banking is desirable.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Intermediate knowledge of Python
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools: Looker and PBI
• Advanced knowledge of Office/Google package
• General knowledge of finance (budget construction, financial indicators)
• Knowledge of process management/project management
• Problem-solving skills
• Intermediate knowledge of product and technology
• Knowledge of AI tools – LLM, GEMINI AND OTHERS
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and process mapping (Canva, Scrum, 5W2H, Kanban, BPMN, Fishbone, Pareto, etc)
