Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent/Business Development Representative to support our client’s growing real estate business.
What You Will Do
Generate and qualify seller leads through outbound prospecting, conduct outreach to expired listings, FSBOs, and database contacts, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

Requirements
- 2+ years of real estate Inside Sales Agent experience OR 2+ years of seller-focused outbound prospecting experience
- Experience with seller lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting
- Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
- Experience using CRM and prospecting tools
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional speaking style
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with homeowners
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and relationship-driven
