Role Overview

As a Technical Sales Manager (TSM) for SD-WAN, you will work with sales partners to establish strong relationships with customers, helping them detect and prevent advanced cyber attacks and breaches. You will build trust with customers and teams, and build environments where customers feel (and are) secure.

What You Will Do

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor on Palo Alto Networks’ SD-WAN products and capabilities, architect and propose validated solutions, identify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers, ensure ongoing customer happiness, support and adoption, and pursue continuous self-improvement and learning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant technical pre-sales systems engineering work experience within the networking field
  • Highly advanced experience with SD-WAN architectures/providers, as well as BGP routing
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
