Business Development Manager

Role Overview

This role is about winning new business by building a pipeline, meeting clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is comfortable with face-to-face selling and has a strong focus on home delivery and last-mile solutions.

What You Will Do

Build and manage your own pipeline, identify and prioritize high-value prospects, own the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed deal, and stay involved once the deal is signed to support onboarding and ensure a smooth go live.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Background in logistics, courier, or e-commerce
  • Experience selling home delivery or last mile solutions
  • Strong track record of building pipeline and closing deals
  • Comfortable working independently and driving your own activity
  • Confident engaging both commercially and operationally
  • Own vehicle
  • Willing to travel regularly to meet clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
