Role Overview
Support a fast-moving sales team by managing CRM updates, scheduling, follow-ups, proposal preparation, reporting, and day-to-day sales operations. This is a critical role in helping the sales team stay organized, move deals forward, and maintain clean pipeline data.
What You Will Do
Maintain accurate CRM records, schedule meetings, prepare proposals and sales documents, generate reports and sales updates, and coordinate with internal teams to keep deals moving efficiently.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, operations coordination, or sales operations

- Strong scheduling and calendar management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong written English communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
