Role Overview
The Senior Manager – SME Acquisition & Sales Enablement will drive end-to-end SME customer acquisition across all sales and servicing channels. The role will own the SME acquisition strategy, lead generation programs, awareness campaigns, sales activation initiatives, conversion optimization, and performance governance to accelerate SME customer acquisition, product penetration, and portfolio growth.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute the bank’s SME acquisition strategy, design and manage lead generation programs, develop awareness campaigns, and drive sales enablement and channel activation.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of banking experience in SME Banking, Retail Banking, Sales, Acquisition, Marketing, or Business Development, with a proven track record of driving SME customer acquisition programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of banking experience in SME Banking, Retail Banking, Sales, Acquisition, Marketing, or Business Development
- Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry
- Regional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); Arabic preferred
