• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams — CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design
• Strong ownership mindset — takes accountability for outcomes and drives results with minimal hand-holding
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and experimentation approach with clear communication skills
• Good command of using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and campaign workflows
