Role Overview

Paytm is looking to hire a Marketing Director to own B2B marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement for Paytm’s Inference and Agentic AI products. This is a managerial role that will lead a team of marketing managers and drive marketing across enterprise clients and mid market merchants.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end marketing strategy for Paytm AI products across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. Drive demand generation through digital campaigns, webinars, events, ABM, content, and partner channels.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Enterprise Marketing
  • Proven experience in building qualified pipeline through digital and offline marketing channels
  • Strong expertise in Product Marketing, GTM, Positioning, Messaging, and Sales Enablement
  • Experience marketing AI, SaaS, Martech, CRM, CPaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise Software products
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing, automation tools, CRM, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
  • MBA preferred
