Role Overview
As a Sales Director at Pearce, you will play a strategic role in driving new business growth, expanding customer relationships, and positioning Pearce as a trusted partner for critical power solutions and services. You will collaborate across multiple departments to create tailored solutions that align with customer needs while contributing directly to revenue and margin growth across the business.
What You Will Do
Identify, prospect, and develop new revenue opportunities within the Critical Power/UPS market. Lead the sales process from initial outreach through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.

Requirements
- 5+ years of successful sales, business development, or account management experience
- Proven track record of generating new business, growing revenue, and closing complex sales opportunities
- Experience developing and presenting customer proposals, RFP responses, quotations, and sales presentations
- Strong ability to communicate company value propositions clearly and effectively through written, verbal, and presentation-based communication
- Demonstrated success working within cross-functional and multi-division environments
