Role Overview
As a Specialist, Inside Sales at Pearson, you will be responsible for expanding Pearson’s digital, print, and service solutions tailored to professional disciplines. You will engage with faculty members, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and maintain accurate tracking and forecasting using OneCRM. You will also collaborate with enterprise account-level sales professionals and develop strategic plans at both the territory and adoption level.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include engaging with faculty members, connecting with at least 15 faculty members daily, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, maintaining accurate tracking and forecasting, collaborating with enterprise account-level sales professionals, developing strategic plans, delivering effective technology sales presentations, and implementing company initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of exceptional sales performance in the higher education market or related industry
- Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems
