Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at Basys, you will lead a team of sales executives and develop relationships with C-level individuals at financial institutions to drive partnerships and revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Drive deals to close, maintain a sales pipeline, lead a team of up to 10 individual contributors, and provide sales results to the Chief Sales Officer.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or other related fields
- Minimum 5 – 7 years sales experience with financial institutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with CRM systems to monitor lead generation, performance, and effectiveness
