Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at Basys, you will lead a team of sales executives to achieve revenue and growth targets, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with referral partners. You will work with internal teams to enhance the sales process and customer experience. This role requires a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue and new client targets.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales executives, developing and executing sales strategies, building and strengthening relationships with referral partners, and monitoring KPIs to optimize sales effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or other related fields
- Minimum 3 years Sales Management Experience, preferably in the payments, financial services, or FinTech industry
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue and new client targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with CRM systems to monitor lead generation, performance, and effectiveness
