Role Overview
PeopleCert is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager – Language Qualifications to spearhead our marketing efforts in China. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and product adoption within the local market.
What You Will Do
As a Marketing Manager, your tasks will include marketing strategy execution, value proposition communication, content creation & localization, channel-specific marketing, digital campaign management, social media management, website content localization management, event management, public relations, marketing materials, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.

We look for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, and at least 3 years of proven experience in offline/digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent people and management skills, problem-solving and analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital marketing, or related field
- Min 3 years of proven experience in offline/digital marketing
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and advertising channels

- Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desired)
- Advanced computer literacy
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software
