Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Business Analyst, you will transform complex commercial data into clear, actionable insights by developing and maintaining Power BI reporting and analytics solutions. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will support Category, Commercial, Marketing, Finance and S&OP teams with high-quality reporting, data analysis and business intelligence that drives performance visibility and commercial growth.
What You Will Do
Own and maintain the Pacific Power BI reporting suite across Sales and Category, ensuring reporting is accurate, intuitive and fit for purpose. Transform scan, transaction, ex-factory and field sales data into meaningful dashboards, reports and insights that support business decision-making.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Power BI, ranging from intermediate to advanced levels
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL
- Strong understanding of FMCG commercial data, including scan, category, finance and sales datasets
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and resolve complex dashboards and reporting solutions with multiple data sources
- Cross-functional know-how, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively across Category, Marketing, Commercial and Finance team
