Role Overview
As a Field Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the perception of our brand at all relevant customer, partner, and location touchpoints. You will ensure that every interaction creates a consistent, high-quality, and brand-compliant experience.
What You Will Do
Your tasks include brand experience & field marketing, Go-Live & project activation, communications management, brand standards & marketing assets, stakeholder & partner management, enablement & operational excellence, and performance & continuous improvement.

You will serve as the central interface between Marketing, Project Management, Customer Success, customers, and external partners, coordinating the successful implementation of initiatives and ensuring the highest implementation quality.
Requirements
- Completed studies or comparable training in the field of marketing, communication, PR, or media
- 3-5 years of professional experience in field marketing, communications, or brand marketing, ideally in an agile environment
- Proven experience in independent, proactive planning and implementation of events, location activations, and POS measures
- Strong project management and communication skills to sovereignly manage stakeholders, agencies, and service providers
- Safe handling of CMS, project management, and creative tools, as well as a future-oriented, learning-ready KI-First mindset
- Fluent German and very good English, paired with a clear customer-first mindset and entrepreneurial ownership thinking
