Consumer Marketing Manager – Male Grooming

Role Overview

The Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for generating long-term business value for identified target audiences. Develops and delivers the local zone marketing activation plan based on agreed SPOR, RMP and AOP for the category in the zones and local consumer insights together with CML. Champions the voice of the zone and provides business performance and local insights about consumers, markets, competition and trends to WE RBUL team and zone teams.

Develops and delivers local zone marketing activation plans, defines local portfolio and channelization, and ensures key goals for total year are met. Embraces passion for fundamentals and ensures that every consumer touchpoint and all consumer facing marketing activities are perfectly executed.

Requirements

• University or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant
• +3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an international business environment
• Curiosity for adapting new technologies such as AI
• Strong drive and advanced ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
• Ability to analyze data and develop realistic and comprehensive Business Cases
• Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, and create network within the organization globally
• Consumer First: always act with brand preference and the consumer & shopper first mindset
• Strong analytical skills, ability and willingness to collate with different regions/markets
• Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures
• Conceptual thinking in combination with a pragmatic attitude
• Growth mindset – Self-driven & entrepreneurial personality
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal) + Portuguese is a plus
