Role Overview
The Sales Manager will drive sales efforts for their assigned venue, acting as front-line sales for the venue sales team. They will be responsible for generating scope of work and contracts for leads, utilizing the company’s proprietary sales process. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with extended business hours and weekends required.
What You Will Do
Serve as a sales subject matter expert, generate and revise scope of work, quotes, proposals, and contracts, utilize the company’s proprietary sales process, build knowledge of Pinnacle Live’s products and offerings, and provide hotel leads with necessary resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service-facing role
- Prior sales experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms
- Production and Staging experience are preferred
- Scenic and Décor experience is preferred
- Rigging, Electrical, and Exhibit experience is preferred
