Role Overview

The Business Development & Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how our global BD&M function operates, ensuring it is connected, efficient and delivering against our strategic priorities. This is a highly visible and business-critical role, acting as the operational backbone of the BD&M function.

What You Will Do

You’ll lead the operational running of the BD&M function, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effectiveness at a global scale. Key responsibilities include operational leadership & coordination, process, governance & standards, financial management, technology & systems, data & insight, transformation & change, knowledge & team enablement, and leadership.
