Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building relationships with SME accounts, improving customer lifespan, and increasing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. They will execute pro-active outbound communications and manage incoming customer sales requests.
What You Will Do
Coordinate contract renewals, upsell products, cover inbound customer calls, execute commercial campaigns, and manage customer satisfaction.
