Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. This role is responsible for establishing relationships with customers, processing sales orders, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

What You Will Do

On a daily basis, the Inside Sales Associate will establish relationships with customers, process sales orders, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and perform data entry of sales orders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years related inside sales experience
  • Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly
  • Strong counter presence and ability to deal directly with customers
  • Strong customer-service attitude
  • Good computer skills including MS Office programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with a related product line such as pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction
