Role Overview

The Inside Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. The role involves establishing relationships with customers, processing sales orders, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The Inside Sales Associate works in a fast-paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations, and customer issues.

What You Will Do

On a daily basis, the Inside Sales Associate establishes relationships with customers, processes sales orders, handles customer inquiries and complaints, and accurately performs data entry of sales orders. They also assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years related inside sales experience preferred
• Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly
• Strong counter presence
• Strong customer-service attitude
• Good computer skills including MS Office programs
