Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. This role involves establishing relationships with customers, processing sales orders, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include assisting walk-in and phone customers, representing the company in a professional manner, processing sales orders, and performing data entry. The role also involves handling questions and complaints, evaluating warranty items, and estimating delivery dates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years related inside sales experience
• Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly
• Strong counter ‘presence’ and ability to deal directly with customers
• Strong customer-service attitude
• Good computer skills including MS Office programs
