Role Overview
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Marketing, the Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving Snowbird’s content strategy, brand articulation and creative direction while leading its adaptation and performance across digital channels.
What You Will Do
Lead the development and evolution of the resort brand, create campaign briefs, messaging frameworks and creative direction for major marketing initiatives, oversee the production of advertising campaigns, and manage relationships with creative agencies.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in digital content creation and strategic storytelling, with a robust background in brand development & digital marketing, and be able to ski or snowboard at an advanced level.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of marketing/content/creative work experience
- Content marketing experience is a must
- Minimum 2-4 years of leadership experience required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to ski or snowboard at an advanced level and can pass a physical capacity screening
